What's the worst horror movie you have seen?

I've seen a lot of bad ones, like really bad. More than I care to admit. But the one that sticks out the most as one of, if not the, worst was this bull---- lame want-to-be Faces of Death called Bizarre Causes of Death: Snuff Perversions. It was a 90's SOV flick that cost me $35 ----ing dollars which was probably double the budget for this movie. Terrible effects. I mean worse than anything I've seen before, hideously atrocious acting, just all around bad. What do you got?
